One-to-one counselling grounded in empathy and positive psychology — helping you make sense of what you're carrying, at your own pace.
"You don't need to have the right words. You just need a space that holds them."
I'm a person-centred counsellor based in Rossendale, working from a foundation in positive psychology. My approach is simple: I believe you already hold the answers to your own life — my role is to walk alongside you as you find them.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, a difficult transition, or simply need somewhere private to think out loud, sessions with me are unhurried, confidential, and entirely led by what you need.
Every session is shaped around three principles that guide how I work with clients.
You lead the conversation. I offer warmth, honesty, and full attention — never an agenda.
Alongside working through difficulty, we look at what strengthens you — building resilience, not just relief.
A judgement-free space, fully confidential, where you're free to say the things you haven't said aloud yet.
A few of the areas clients often bring to sessions — this list isn't exhaustive, and every conversation starts with you.
